6. Order Placement Process

• Product Display: Since the products and/or raw materials used to produce the Company’s products are variable, there may be significant differences between the appearance on the Website and the actual product. The appearance and description of the actual product should not be inferred from images on the Website. The images and descriptions of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.
• Conclusion of a Transaction: The display of products on the Website does not constitute a commitment to stock and/or product availability. A transaction will be concluded and will bind the Company only after confirmation of stock and of delivery and shipping terms, signing of an order, and deposit of a payment method to secure payment.

7. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Delivery Areas: The Company delivers its products to all parts of Israel.
• Delivery Times and Shipping Costs: As agreed with the customer and signed on the order at the time of concluding the transaction.
• Force Majeure: The Company will not be responsible for delays in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control (such as strikes, lockouts, weather damages, security situations, or delays by the courier company).

8. Self-Collection Policy

• Collection Location: The customer may choose the option of self-collection at no shipping cost, directly from the Company’s factories located in the Jordan Valley (the precise address and coordination of arrival will be provided to the customer when the order is concluded).
• Prior Coordination Required: Self-collection will only be possible after receiving confirmation that the order is ready, and by prior telephone coordination of the arrival time. Products will not be released without prior coordination.
• Days and Hours of Operation: Product collection will be possible from Sunday to Thursday between 08:00-15:30, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and intermediate festival days (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Product Delivery Time: The product delivery time will be agreed upon with the customer separately, depending on the type of product.
• Product Liability: It is the user’s responsibility (or a courier on his/her behalf) to check the integrity and completeness of the products upon receipt at the factory. The Company will not be responsible for any damage, breakage, or defect caused to the product after it has left the factory premises and during self-transport.
• Order Holding Time: The Company will hold the order for the customer for 7 days from the date of notification of it being ready for collection. If the customer does not collect the order within this period, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the transaction and charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the law.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

• Applicable Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
• Jurisdiction: The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms of Use and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be done in accordance with Israeli law only, and the competent court in the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
