Securipad is a high-performance bedding material that improves poultry house operations while creating a clean, healthy environment. Produced from natural wood, Securipad is manufactured through a controlled process in which wood chips are crushed and sterilized at 120°C. The result is a dry, sterile, highly friable bedding with a large surface area – offering excellent insulation, absorbency, and moisture evaporation properties.
This combination keeps floors dry, reduces moisture buildup, and significantly lowers the risk of disease. The entire production process is monitored under strict quality control standards.

Wood Pellet Heaters for Poultry Houses
Poultry house heating is a critical component throughout the entire brooding period – from the stage when chicks cannot regulate their body temperature and depend on external heat, to maintaining a stable and controlled environment.
Today, most poultry houses are heated using gas-fired heaters, which release moisture as part of the combustion process and involve high, fluctuating operating costs. Ecologaz offers a comprehensive alternative based on wood pellet heating systems, where combustion takes place outside the poultry house. As a result, the heat delivered inside is dry and consistent, while moisture is vented out through a flue.
The pellets themselves are locally produced from wood waste, providing a stable, cost-effective, and more environmentally responsible solution compared to gas-based heating.
Energy Pellets
Biomass pellets are an advanced energy source for controlled combustion, enabling stable, efficient, and reliable heat generation. They serve as an alternative to gas and electricity across a wide range of applications – from space heating to industrial processes such as steam generation and water heating.

Used Securipad bedding, which contains poultry manure, is collected by Ecologz customers at the end of the growing cycle and transported to Compost Or’s recycling facility. There, the material undergoes an advanced composting process and is transformed into high-quality compost.
This process closes the environmental loop by converting poultry litter into a valuable resource for agriculture.
